The following items are non-refundable. Once the items have been shipped out, it cannot be reused or resold for health and safety reasons.

  • All hair extensions including: bundles, closures, frontals

  • Custom units

  • Custom coloured hair extensions

  • Hair and scalp oil. It is a home made product and therefore has no seal. Once it is shipped or picked up it cannot be returned.

  • Satin Scrunchies & Satin Bonnets

You have 14 business days to return an item from the date your received it. The products must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received it in to be eligible for a return. The original packaging must be intact and you must provide your receipt. Once we receive the item, it will be inspected to make sure it was unopened and unused. Then you will be notified of the refund when it is issued and it will be returned to you in the same way you paid for the item(s). If you payed by a credit or debit card it will take up to 5-10 business days to get the refund. The time is determined by your card issuers policy.

If you need to ship an item back, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.



An email will a tracking number will be sent to you once your package has been shipped. A signature will be required for all wig packages to be delivered.


Moore Than Hair is not responsible for any lost, stolen or refused packages. Please ensure the address entered is accurate and someone is available to receive the package once it has been shipped. Canada Post will have the most updated tracking information.

If the package has been returned by Canada Post to Moore Than Hair, you may be eligible for a refund minus the shipping costs. If you wish to have the package reshipped, you will have to pay additional shipping costs.

If your order had been returned by Canada Post to Moore Than Hair we will make attempts to contact you to have your order shipped again. You will be responsible for all new shipping costs. You have up to 30 days to claim a returned order to have it shipped back out.


All extensions and wigs are by preorder only. Once we receive your order and have paid for the materials, you will be refunded 50% of the total invoice.
