SALON POLICIES

Booking Policy

All appointments must be booked via the website. Please read all of the salon policies along with the COVID Policy before you book your appointment.


Deposits

 All clients are required to pay a deposit after booking an appointment. This deposit will be applied to the balance of your bill at the end of your services.

  • $30 deposit required for service totaling less than $100.
  • $60 deposit required for services totaling more than $100.

Deposits for I-Tips, Micro Wefts, Tape and Fusions will be discussed at consultation.

Deposits are due 24hrs after your appointment was made. Please do not send a deposit until you receive an email confirmation of an appointment booked. 

Your deposit will become non-refundable if the cancellation policy isn’t met.

Cancellation Policy


Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24hrs notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of $30.

The following appointments will be subject to 48hrs cancellation notice and a cancellation fee of $100.

  • combination services (i.e extensions removal, wash, redo extensions)
  • Fusion, Tape, I-Tips or micro wefts.

No show requires payment in full.

You will not be able to rebook your appointment if your cancellation fee is not received.

No cancellation fee = no more appointments

Hair Colour Policy

All clients wishing to have hair colouring services must book a colour consultation and a patch test before the service can be provided.


Late Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late you may need to reschedule your appointment. Please notify us if you are going to be late.


After Salon Care

Once you leave the salon, the style created cannot be refunded. If there is an issue with your hair please do not hesitate to reach out, and you will be taken care of accordingly.

Once a chemical service is provided (colour, relaxer, texturizer…), you shouldn’t add any other chemicals to your hair (by yourself or another stylist), which can result in hair loss and/or damage.


Other

  • By appointment only, no walk ins.
  • Standard HST is added to the prices listed.
  • No guests allowed (including children), unless specified.
  • I will provide the products for all hair services to avoid any unforeseen reactions.
  • I am always here to answer any questions or concerns you may have prior to your appointment.
